The fitout of The Two Wolves is coming along just fine!  Within 48 hours of beginning, the construction team at Archeden had demolished the existing marble bar and old kitchen area.Interior designer Michael Delany has donated a stainless steel bar top which has been installed and will provide the necessary sinks, ice wells, beer fonts, and prep area.

Much of the initial work had to address the basics: getting the wiring to the right areas for the POS system, plumbing for the beer taps and drainage, putting up timber studs and hanging drywall, and preparing the floor for epoxy covering.

The painters have been in to paint the walls and highlight the existing heritage details of the building using cantina colors: dirt red, black, spring green, and a Tuscan yellow.

Up next in the coming weeks: finalizing the kitchen package and refrigeration, installing the cool room, creating the timber structure to hang over the main bar, epoxy flooring, and installing the existing marble onto the back bar.  Then we will address kitchen equipment and connection!

Things are moving along here at Jesuit House, and we couldn’t be more excited as we push towards the opening.
